When supplying BadgePro with artwork please follow the guidelines listed below. This is to ensure that your logo looks great on the final product. Please include any fonts with your logo or convert your artwork to curves or outlines (recommended).

All files must be PC based:

1. Vector based .eps (encapsulated post script) (RECOMMENDED)
2. CorelDraw 9.0 and lower.
3. Adobe Illustrator 10.0 and lower.
4. High Resolution .tiff (300 d.p.i or higher).
5. High Resolution .jpg (300 d.p.i. or higher).

Please note that .tiff and .jpg files may not allow for a good reproduction of your logo. We will inform you of any issues before production begins.

Name Lists

Please supply any names for badges/nameplates in the same case (i.e. CAPS, Upper & Lower) as you would like them to appear on the product. We accept lists via email, in MS Excel or via fax. We cannot accept names over the phone.

BadgeCare

All BadgePro products are designed to last and are shipped in a reusable zip-lock bag for added protection. Please be aware that hairspray and perfume contain harsh chemicals, which can lessen the life of the badge. We do offer a clear coating on our foil stamped badges or a clear overlay for more durability if required.

Fasteners, Fonts and Finishing

Fasteners

Choose the fastener that’s best for you. From pins to our swivel clip we’ve got what you need. Try our heavy duty magnetic fastener to avoid putting holes in your clothing. Or combine them, we can put a pin and magnet on the same badge or attach our swivel clip to a lanyard or ball chain.

Fonts

We offer 11 different fonts on our engraved badges and signs. All engraved font can be italicized for a unique look. If you have a specific font you require, choose a badge from our digital or aluminum lines. We can also offer any font on one of our digital or vinyl signs or nameplates.

Custom Finishing

Almost all BadgePro badges are custom cut to your size specifications. To add to your custom look, choose from a bevelled edge or small or large round corners. We can easily advise you on what might look best.

Terms

All regular accounts are net 30 days. New accounts and some large orders are C.O.D. and may require a deposit upon placing your order. To set up an account please contact our accounting department.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, or via a local courier for same day and rush orders and are billed on your invoice. The shipping method depends on the order size and due date. We can ship via UPS or FEDEX if required but additional charges may apply.
